Reunion in Beaufort NC

Yesterday we motored another 40+ miles to anchor in Town Creek, in Beaufort NC. We came here to have a reunion with Yvonne and Jonathan "Speranza" who we traveled with in the fall from Swansboro NC to St. Augustine FL. They have been at the Town Creek Marina for about a month to begin their search for Jonathan's new career. Fortuitously, this AM he was asked to come to Washington, DC tomorrow for an interview! Beaufort is a lovely town. We will also be leaving tomorrow to head north on Adams Creek to go to Oriental NC. We decided to have the boat hauled out of the water at the Sailcraft Yard to do bottom painting, change the cutlass bearing, refresh the teak, and other tasks........ so we will be in Oriental for a week to 10 days.
