Landsickness

We headed off to Central New York on 8/1/2009 in our rental car - a Chevy Aveo - that almost immediately gave Jim "Landsickness"! The experience reinforced how much he dislikes driving. Besides that we had a wonderful week. All the Doctor and Dentist appts went well. It is nice to start out year 2 on the water with peace of mind in that area. We visited with lots of friends, daughter Emily, cousins; Steve & Roseann, visited Hospice, & checked on the house. Especially appreciated the hospitality of Jim & Linda K, James & Peggy F., and Steve & Roseanne B. Arrived "home" to Kismet in RI yesterday & friends Ray & Marianne W who cared for "Kismet" while we were gone. We are very blessed to have such wonderful friends and family!
