Another Few Days in Miami

We are making a list of final things that we need to do before leaving for the Abacos. We are getting very excited.....taxes are filed, provisions have been stowed, I got my bloodwork results; all is good, we just need to get diesel fuel, do laundry, get pumped out, fill the water tank, and wait for the right weather conditions to make the crossing. Hopefully we will leave by the 1st week in March. The boat show was fun - glad it's over so we can stop spending money. We bought a new Mercury 6hp engine for the new dinghy, a block & tackle to hoist the engine, some marine soap and polish, a new cookbook, Wi-Fi Antenna, etc......The weather has been outstanding! We are still anchored in Sunset Lake.
