Hold On - What's the Rush!

We were going to leave for Portsmouth today but decided "What's The Rush", Let's Enjoy Hampton". So we went to "Big Walt's" for Jim's haircut. It was the shortest haircut that I have witnessed! We also went to the Air & Space Museum. Tomorrow is supposed to be sunny & calm winds; so we will leave then. Hampton has been a lovely spot to renew and replenish food, water, etc.

Sounds like a very wise decision to me. That choppy water out by the Thimble Shoal Light looks cold to me. I would much rather be looking at the calm blue water at Hampton Pier which looks very inviting. Haircuts, I can remember my husband Jim's buzz cut, talk about SHOCK he went from long below shoulders hair to nothing. I hope tomorrow is sunny with calm winds so you can continue your journey to the warmer climate. We had 3 days of bitter cold with snow up here. Jim & I went bowhunting tonight, then down to Binghamton to eat at Applebee's, Jim just loves those ribs. My parents are headed south for the winter tomorrow, they are in Englewood, FL. Thanks for setting up your blog, it's nice to keep up with you along the way, I enjoy the updates & pictures. Maybe I'll even learn a little about sailing?
